The GUARDIAN 60GW System protects Piles against Corrosion (Steel, Concrete), and Worm Infestation (Timber), in sheltered or non non-exposed water situations (for example, Harbour, Bay or similar).
Providing 20+ Years of Protection Performance, the GUARDIAN 60GW System possesses true surface tolerance, with the ability to be applied above and below water. Coupled with its highly conforming properties, the mechanical protection properties of the GUARDIAN 60GW System makes it an ideal choice in sheltered conditions.

- Petrolatum Materials with 85+ years in proven performance in asset protection (longevity and effectiveness), coupled with the mechanical protection of the GUARDIAN 60 System Outer Tape, protects the pile from unforgiving atmospheric, chemical and biological factors.
- Surface Tolerance: The system has been developed to be surface tolerant requiring a “St2” surface preparation in accordance with ISO8501 ISO8501-2007.
- Conformability: Being highly conforming, the GUARDIAN 60 System coating integrity is maintained acrossvarying profiles.
- For Severe Corrosive Environments: the GUARDIAN 60 System is unaffected by water, acids and salts.
- No Curing: Ready for immediate service.

- GUARDIAN Primer MP fills surface pitting and passivates surface rust.
- GUARDIAN Mastic MM fills voids and profiles angles.
